Choosing the ninth best disney movie of the 2000s isn’t easy, and it will only get harder from here. Considered disney's first major success with a live action film, although treasure island was good, 20000 leagues under the sea rose the bar high, and showed a glimpse of potential for disney and live action films. Similarly, the sublime studio ghibli catalogue isn’t up for consideration here.
